- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer numerous services, our rates depend on the complexity of the service provided. If you contact us and give us in detail what service you need we can confirm the rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial in-person phone or consultation with clients to better understand their needs and if we are a good match to work together. During this consultation, I will let clients know how I can help them and how we will proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of tax preparation experience. In addition am bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in the legal field, Department of Transitional Assistance, Unemployment, Housing, and Workforce Development. I have experience in business startup, marketing, social media, and digital marketing. I am also certified Notary Public I have a certified Bookkeeper
