Hired Juven to repoint and repair our stairs. He only did a repair and it looks just awful making me angry every time i come home (see photos). It took him less than 2 hours and cost $500. Now I have to finish the work myself.

We agreed to just repointing the cracked joints, that’s why I gave you the price of $500 and then you came up saying the you wanted me to repoint the whole stair which means redo the whole step, that’s a 3 day work man who can do that for &500 ? Come on, let’s be aware
