KYG put new PVC boards around my house with new aluminum black gutters and screens. This company was excellent from beginning to end. The customer service was exceptional, the crew that work at my house was so careful with everything. I have also hired them for another commercial property for gutter cleaning and were great. Highly recommend this company. Outstanding customer service! Had them come to reroute a downspout which required some awkward angles and corners. They completed the job promptly, as I wanted. Weeks later after a huge rain, one corner seam leaked a bit. They promptly came back and fixed the issue. Great service! Then to go above & beyond, many weeks later after a huge wind storm, a small section came loose. I contacted the company to repair and offered to pay for the additional work since not the workmen's fault but caused by a storm. They once again returned, securely fixed the issue and did not charge me additionally.Very obvious in all my communications that customer service & customer satisfaction are of utmost priority. I will certainly use their services again and highly recommend them for gutter cleaning & repair.

I hired KYG to clean our gutters first, and then hired them to replace our old gutters. They were responsive, on time, and on budget. They were not the lowest quote I got for the work, but I am confident that I got the best value for my money.
