If I can choose all 5 options I would, but only allows 3. Working with Brad was a great success. First time owning a puppy.I just got a German Shepherd puppy named Kaiser, he is about 9 weeks old now so I am still new to everything. Most trainers wouldn't take my pup because of young age. Right when i wanted to give up. Brad is the only one that understood me and still took my puppy for short walks and to use the bathroom. He knew what he was doing and knows much about German Shepherds. Brad was always 15 minutes early and communicated well with me, very funny nice guy. He easily built a relationship with my puppy. He loves him and always excited to see him from a mile away. Every time i would put the collar or leash on Kaiser he would try to take it off. But, once Brad did it and taught me a few things and gave me a lot of tips and advice, it worked like magic. He also helped me with potty training told me what to do and what not to do, how to understand my puppy and it started working a lot for me. I am very happy with the results i am gradually getting. I will continue to work with Brad throughout my dogs life. Great guy. No further looking needed.

Brad has been amazing with my dogs. They enjoy their walks with him and he has a lot of knowledge about bulldogs. He has been very accommodating with time and scheduling. Thank you brad!!

For several years I've wanted to hire a dog walker, but was worried that my shy and timid Boarder Collie wouldn't take to a stranger -- it took my mom and husband years to take my dog out without me! This year, with my pup turning 11, I decided to give it a go. And I couldn't be happier with Cloud9!I explained my concerns, and Brad took his time to bond with her --and at her pace. He is patient, reliable and always responsive. And if I need to stay late at work, Brad is always willing to come for another walk. Thank you Brad, and thank you Cloud 9!

Brad has been great with our 3-year old hound mix! Our dog suffers from anxiety and fear aggression and Brad knew how to handle him right away. He was very patient and understanding. Brad scheduled a few visits per week to help our dog warm up to him. He never rushed him or pressured him to put on his collar and tried to make our dog feel as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be using Brad in the future and would highly recommend him!
