They only let me select 3 positives, but I'd select them all if I could. Modern Art Construction really helped my wife and I out, and worked around our budget to finish our basement for my little brother to live once he finished his service in the army. Zakaria was who I worked with, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and given an excellent value on a beautiful renovation. My brother is so grateful, as are my wife and I. Zakaria is skilled, efficient, friendly, and will absolutely go above and beyond what anyone would expect for a contractor. Talk about a guy who puts in 150%. You put your property in Zakaria's hands, and he will make sure you are taken care of. I recommend Modern Art Construction to anyone!

Zacharia was communicative, polite, enthusiastic and oversaw all the work. The remodel of the bathroom and the other work (including carpet straightening and handrails) was done with high quality.Cleanup was very neat.Discussions continue for additional work because of the timeliness, quality and excellent communication.I am happy with the results.

Very happy with the work by Zak. He did a great job installing a new ceramic tile backsplash, as I am remodeling my kitchen. Neat, quick and with attention to detail. He also helped me choose the best layout for my tiles and the color of the grout.
