- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I quote you is the price you pay. No surprises at the end of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an introductory phone call to discuss what the customer is looking for. Then we set up an on sight meeting to go over the project and listen to and see what the customer is exactly looking for and also to give advice and how to go about starting the project to include how the process will begin up until it ends while keeping the customer informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Massachusetts Certified Arborist and a Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional.
