Joe and his colleague Shawn did amazing work at my home. I have a large yard with a lot of plantings, the areas of which are highly prone to overgrowth. Joe and Shawn came in and in one day transformed a jungle of garden beds into beautiful, orderly ones - I couldn’t believe they did it all in one day. Joe is great in that he communicates well with the client in the run up to the work and when the work is in process. He’s a consummate pro and his work reflects it.

We reached out to Kingscapes for some landscaping work in front of our house and received a very quick and professional response. Before even hiring them, they gave wonderful advice and their opinions on what would look and work best. When realizing the job was going to be more work than anticipated, they were very clear and fit us into their schedule to still complete the work on time! Have to admit, I was a little skeptical using Thumbtack for the first time. Pleasantly surprised and happy to say that J. King Property Maintenance was excellent. Fast response to my original email when I reached out regarding weeds/shrubs growing between my fence and our backyard neighbors fence. They came, conquered climbing behind the fence, removed them all, quite quickly (way faster than my husband ever did, lol) Great price as well. Both guys, Joe (owner) and his employee(didnt catch his name:( worked hard and efficiently. Very friendly and easy to talk to, cleaned up and removed all shrub evidence. I think they did an excellent job. Will be using them in the future! Don't mind my dirty fence, it was neglected behind the weeds ( we tried to trim a little before the pros came)

J.King Property strives to provide the best quality results while trying to not break the bank. We urge customers to always do research when seeking out a professional in order to know the average costs for the desired job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
J.King Property currently provides free estimates for areas up to 20 miles from Ludlow, MA. After initial contact, we provide an in person estimate to discuss the job and take pictures. After leaving, we work hard to develop an estimate and provide it to our customers through email or text within 24-48 hours. After accepting, we ask for a deposit and once job is complete, the remaining balance is due.

Joe, the owner, takes pride in his experience of over 10 years in laboring. Joe possesses multiple certifications to provide the best service and outcome.
