I needed a small basement bathroom floor tiled. After providing a quote, we scheduled a day to get the job done. Walter and Maria came back to do the work right on time. They explained to me the process and made sure we were on the same page throughout the whole job. The job came out great and I couldn't be happier with the work. I highly recommend!

Initially, I had some concerns because they mentioned they could complete my kitchen backsplash, including grouting, in just one day—whereas other installers said it would take two. However, they truly delivered. They arrived on time and worked nonstop, making little to no mess throughout the process. They even cleaned up the small amount of mess they made before leaving, which I really appreciated. They were very friendly and professional, and I felt completely comfortable with them working in my home even when my husband wasn’t there. The final price was exactly what they quoted, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I’m so impressed that I’ve already asked them for a quote to remodel my bathrooms! Pearl Tile were responsive and prompt with the work we needed done. They needed to come back the following day to finish up the tile and left everything tidy and stored out of sight. They installed new tiles in my tiny bath/shower. It was an awkward space to work on and they did a wonderful job.
