- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the best prices. We want people to be able to enjoy the 360 without having to break the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have all the details we'll send an invoice for a $100 nonrefundable deposit. The rest would be due the week prior to the event. On the day of the event we show up early to set up and make sure we're good to start at the time requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are self educated. We just tried it and it worked out for us.
