- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizing sessions are scheduled in 5 hour blocks. The client will receive a quote after I assess the space for volume. For larger projects that require extra hands, the rate shown on my profile is subject change. Past clients receive $55 off their next session when they refer a new person who books a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary consultation call where we discuss the client's organizing goals. I assess the spaces virtually or in person then create an organizing plan, quote as well as provide product recommendations. Once the client reviews the organizing plan, they provide a budget for the products along with a deposit to confirm the booking for the in person organizing session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught professional organizer with a background in the legal field. I have been organizing outside of my business for over 5 years. I am constantly educating myself on the best ways to make a home as efficient as possible.
