Mr Felicio is a fraud: I submitted a complaint with government office. He sub-contracts and keep changing plan with no communication, does not keep his words and won’t do all tasks in project contract. Started my retaining wall without proper permit and then I have to step in to pay an engineer and my permit. Put no crushed stones, no proper geo-grid, hence wall failed after 2 years. He is violating warranty and not coming now to fix it. Avoid. Pls check online and you will see that his permit has expired in 2023.

Very nice people, gave me a lot of options to choose. I planned to just cover stairs wall, but they convinced me to add the step since the first one was a wrong size, put limestone, hand railings and put cover on garage wall as well. They gave me the good price and the work was done in 3 days. It came out so beautiful, I would never expect that. I am going to hire them again for a driveway.

Our contact person at FCS was very congenial and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. The project was done with amazing speed. Due to iffy weather, there was some uncertainty as to when the final stages of the project were going to get done, and communication about this issue was less than perfect, but overall we are very pleased with this firm and their work.

Joe was great...Showed up on time, did a great job. informed us along the way! He not only built the swingset but cleared an entire rock wall of all picker bushes leaves etc and took down branches so kids would be good to go!!
