On the day of the appointment, our team arrives promptly and conducts a brief walkthrough with the customer to confirm their expectations and address any last-minute concerns. Our trained and professional cleaners then get to work, using high-quality products and detailed checklist to ensure a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of the customer's home. Post-cleaning inspection: After completing the job, our team conducts a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and address any areas that may need additional attention. Follow up: we follow up with the customer to ensure they're happy with our services and encourage them to provide feedback or request future appointments.
