Pricing can vary depending on the size of the space, the type of cleaning required, and the frequency of service. I offer competitive rates and strive to be transparent about all costs from the beginning. If you’re looking for regular cleaning, I may offer discounts for recurring services. I’ll always discuss any additional fees upfront, such as for extra tasks or specialized cleaning. My goal is to make sure there are no surprises, and that you feel confident in the pricing and services you're receiving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with a conversation to understand their specific cleaning needs. I’ll ask about the size of the space, the type of cleaning required, and any special requests or concerns. After that, I provide a clear and detailed estimate based on the scope of work. Once we agree on the details, I schedule a time that’s convenient for the customer. On the day of the cleaning, I show up on time, with all the necessary supplies, and complete the work to the highest standard. Afterward, I check in with the customer to make sure they’re happy with the results and to address any feedback or follow-up needs.
