- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with our deep cleaning service for all new customers. After that, we offer regular cleaning service on a fortnightly or monthly service (or as the customer prefers). In order for us to provide the most accurate pricing, the kick-off meeting is a quick tour of your home to see the size, condition and layout. Although we can evaluate those who are not interested in this method, it is necessary that they provide us with information about the house such as size, the number of residents among others.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My cousin and I work in related businesses and feel the need to offer a complementary business to Massachusetts residents.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential customers, post construction, real estate investors who own AirBnB properties and real estate developer customers who own new construction homes looking for recurring services. We also serve clinics, day care, restaurants, gyms and offices.
