My HVAC system froze up during a mid July heat wave. I mean condenser coated with ice. Tahiri (the owner) came by within 2 hours to diagnose the problem. He carefully measured the condenser, air handler crawled in the subattic. He diagnosed several issues with the install but ultimately provided a fix to get back system back to normal. Very responsive and professional, and also timely. Will hire again.

Ahmed text messaged me within 15 mins of my request. He came out within 3 days (he offered sooner), did maintenance and some small repairs to my AC unit. He was kind, personable, professional and clear with what he felt needed to be done. He identified some things that should be fixed sooner rather than later and offered to repair on the spot without any pressure. His price was fair for the work he did and we will definitely call him again in the future!
