On time, great craftsmanship, and great communication. They fixed the structural issues in my attic and basement. Since there was work in the attic, insulation would get everywhere and they always cleaned it up before they left for the day. I would recommended them. In fact, I already asked them about another project.

I've had 2 jobs done by the team at Timber Tek. The first was a removal of lower logs on my log home due to rot from water damage. My house literally had to be jacked up to remove the old logs and slide the new ones in. I was very nervous about this, but the folks at Timber Tek did a flawless job. They made it so much quicker and easier than I ever imagined and everything fit perfectly. The 2nd job was a bathroom remodel. Again, the job was performed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With home renovation and construction every project is different. However we do our best to provide our clients with the best service, quality and price available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 We have an initial project meeting and develop a detailed estimate. Step 2 Once the Estimate is reviewed we have a follow-up meeting to review the estimate at the project site a second time. Step 3 Make any potential adjustments to the estimate and re submit. Step 4 Client reviews and excepts the estimate at this point a contract is in place and we schedule a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On staff we have licensed Construction supervisors, Home Improvement Contractors and Lead Safe Renovators. We have over 50 Years of combined experience in our lead project managers.
