Responded right away to discuss the project with us. We purchased a large gazebo with many pieces/parts that required being secured to the patio. We agreed on a price and the gazebo was installed in 1 1/2 days without any problems. We definitely use VESSEN for future projects and highly recommend this company.

Sergey was so helpful. We had a challenging project for installing some flush mounts and he was patient, thorough and did such a great job installing them. He was also very nice and came on a Sunday! I would hire him again.

Sergey and his colleague were amazing! I hired them to reinstall my Sunsetter awning that had been improperly installed by the original technician. He was extremely friendly, walked us through his plan and executed quickly and thoroughly. He checked in with us throughout each stage. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greetings, project discussion, explanation of my vision of the process, pricing, and materials. If everything is ready - start the job. If something needs to be bought or done - make an appointment for another day, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been learning this from my grandfather who was engineer and contractor. Also, I got passed some training in flooring, tiling and door installation. I have 3D modeling skills as well, which helps me to do my job better.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every customer is important to me and I do my job equally at any place and with any customer. Some customers knows exactly what they want to be done, some needs the professional advice, etc.
