Ross was incredily responsive. I needed it done fast and within 15 minutes he was there. He was polite. His rates are the least expensive in town and id hire him in a minute.

I was clear with the customer $50 to plow 14” of snow was only for the plowing. If I were to clean her car and driveway as she wanted, we would have charged more money. This was a deal for the customer, and I offered to go back the next day. She proceeded to hang the phone up on us.
