Dear King, Thank you for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We would like to clarify that the date offered for the service visit was communicated in advance, but unfortunately, it was declined by you. As previously explained, your request appears to involve a material warranty. However, our company cannot assume responsibility for this type of warranty, as the materials used were provided by you—some of which were used and others new. Additionally, we’d like to point out that your warranty request was submitted several months after the service was completed. A technical visit for evaluation and potential repair could not be scheduled due to the refusal of the proposed date. We remain committed to assisting our clients and finding solutions whenever possible, within the boundaries of the agreements made and the responsibilities that fall within our scope of work.
