We require a deposit to secure materials, and payments are structured in phases. We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty for our installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation – We start with a free in-home consultation to understand your needs and discuss your vision. We value your time and work to be as efficient as possible with the initial consultation. 2. Detailed Estimate – After assessing the space, we provide a detailed proposal outlining costs and timeline. 3. Material Selection – We guide you through material choices, whether you purchase them or we supply them. 4. Scheduling & Planning – Once the contract is signed and the initial payment is received, we begin ordering materials. Once the materials arrive, we schedule the installation. 5. Installation & Walkthrough – Our team completes the installation with attention to detail, followed by a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.
