- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to be as fair as possible with our pricing and to stay competitive with our competitors pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A follow up phone call from us to the customer will be provided to set up a date to discuss and walk through the property to where the new project is located. We will then access what needs to be done and give an estimate based off the services discussed. If the estimate is accepted we will then schedule a estimated date to when the project will begin and be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has been in the landscape/construction field for over 25 years. Our company holds a Home Improvement Contractors license. More than 75% employees have 5 years or more in the field. Roughly 75% of our employees have hoisting engineer licenses.
