- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our equipment and pricing is very competitive with all major retailers, including all box stores , I do guarantee to beat anyone’s pricing on installation. This is how we’ve done it for many years and it works very well for us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I just speak with customers. I explain to him what I do what they’re looking for and we go from there. Most times it works out perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple trainings most equipment, manufacturers, full electronics background.
