I needed a closet system moved up three flights of stairs last minute. Responded in under 5 min with quote, and they were here in under 2 hours. Great guys carried them up on their shoulders 5 trips!!! They were really heavy! Great job saved the day!!! Thank you so much!

Booked for a same day. Clearly communicated the project at hand. Asked them to confirm twice that they’d be up for moving the piece. We even removed the doors and took them up ourselves to make it easier. They turned up and asked for double the quote, plus $50 for “trying”.

Canceled a scheduled move at 5am the day of the move. This causes a major inconvenience as everyone else was ready. Then completely ghosted. Additionally, I was originally quoted $300 and then right before the job changed the quote to $500. Overall probably the worst experience possible. See attached screenshots.

As I told you on the phone, I can drive 8 to 12 hours with the gas price for 500 dollars it’s impossible. I want to give my clients the best service I can, but sometimes it’s just impossible.
