Olivo was great in taking care of our annual furnace maintenance. He was very responsive when we reached out and was able to come quickly. He walked us through what he was doing and gave good explanations which as new homeowners was super helpful. He caught that our wet kill switch wasn't working which will save us a lot of headaches in the future.

Olivo did a great job of troubleshooting the problem and replacing faulty control boards in the air handler. He installed Nest Thermostats and performed annual maintenance on all HVAC systems. He is prompt, responsive and I strongly recommend him for HVAC repairs and maintenance.
