I made an appointment with AirMan and they came the next business day, as agreed. What I appreciated was they didn't try to oversell or make me pay for something I did not need. They did the job they were asked to do. Will clearly invite them again in the future.

Came out for repair service. Told them that it was giving a pressure code and that I was seeing water backup from the condensation pump. They ignored this info and instead made claim that it was a blocked vent (which would through an airflow code, not a pressure code). They left without addressing the pressure code, charged me $500, and I still have the problem.

I am impressed by Jose's HVAC repair knowledge and how responsive he is to customers. I had a broken heat pump. Jose responded to my request for service on a Wednesday and set up an appointment to diagnosis the problem on the following day. He was then able to get a replacement part and fixed the heat pump on Monday. Nice job, Jose. Thank you.
