Luis’ focus on the repair of my failing NEST thermostat was incredible! He is very knowledgeable and quickly identified the need to replace faulty wiring in the heater and the faulty smart thermostat (NEST), a brand that he does not recommend. Essentially as an emergency service call also, without the emergency service fee. Feel so fortunate that he was available! Pictured is new thermostat with working heat, in mid February! 👏🏼🎉
