- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with a new customer is to meet at the homeowner's convenience and give an estimate of the work requested. We are also able to do estimates and work the same day if all is agreeable between both parties.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we provide for our clients are property maintenance jobs. These clients depend upon Precision Home Care to take care of everything from weekly cleanings, fall gutter maintenance, to fixing a door falling of it's hinges. Effective communication is an important part of our relationship with the long distance client. We utilize emails, phone calls and texts to make sure everyone is kept up to speed. These customers feel secure with the knowledge that even though their main residence is out of town, their Berkshire property is in able hands.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project that we are very proud of was a complete refresh of a 168 year old house which sold after only 18 days on the market! The project took a few months to complete and consisted of interior painting, window repair,new bathroom floors and much more.
