When I walked into my house from being gone all day........it looked and smelled WONDERFUL! The floors were shiny, the stove glistened. My house was not in good shape, she had to work around air conditioners left on the floor, unpacked boxes, etc. I was embarrassed at the shape of my house. Heather did a fantastic job, she is a hard worker. I recommend them highly!

We needed last minute painting done on our condo which was being shown to a potential buyer in 4 days time. Jim provided an in home estimate, prepared materials and was in our home the next day to begin work and finished on time! He is honest, reasonably priced, punctual, and a very good painter. What we appreciate most is that Jim made some inexpensive suggestions to help improve the appeal of our home. No pressure just recommendations, which we took him up on. The office rep Heather, was pleasant and easy to work with. She provided ongoing communication about the status of the job. The place looked great and we received an offer the day after showing!

I used Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. Heather and her crew were not put off by the size of the job. They gave me a very fair price and their work was excellent. I was so happy with it that I asked her team to do some handyman work. Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. The team has been wonderful - fast, clean, skilled and pleasant to have around. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. The window seller went out of his way to tell me that "my guys" really knew their stuff. I already knew that, but it was good to hear from another source. Heather is the point person. She is friendly, accommodating, and very professional. I just can't recommend this company enough.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with a new customer is to meet at the homeowner's convenience and give an estimate of the work requested. We are also able to do estimates and work the same day if all is agreeable between both parties.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we provide for our clients are property maintenance jobs. These clients depend upon Precision Home Care to take care of everything from weekly cleanings, fall gutter maintenance, to fixing a door falling of it's hinges. Effective communication is an important part of our relationship with the long distance client. We utilize emails, phone calls and texts to make sure everyone is kept up to speed. These customers feel secure with the knowledge that even though their main residence is out of town, their Berkshire property is in able hands.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project that we are very proud of was a complete refresh of a 168 year old house which sold after only 18 days on the market! The project took a few months to complete and consisted of interior painting, window repair,new bathroom floors and much more.
