We are a compassionate and extremely trustworthy business. We have been in business for 5 years with the same core crew. We do everything for small load removal to full hoarder and property clean outs. We also do demolition. We do full property strip outs, take down small buildings and sheds and well as selective demo.

Fast, efficient, and didn't make much noise at all. The folks were friendly as could be. I had to be out of town when the work was being done, so of course was a little worried, but they did great as you see in these before and after pictures.

Steve and his associate were awesome. Responsive to emails and texts and priced well with the market rates. Our job changed a few times because we convinced the family to throw away extra junk and that wasn't a problem. The requirements included cleaning two separate home basements that Steve was able to do back to back days. One task was an old 10' x 20' side room of the basement that hadn't been used in years. They were able to remove the junk, then thoroughly clean the shelves, cobwebs, floors and ceiling. They then neatly stored a bunch of items into the side room from another part of the basement. We highly recommend Steve and his team and would use them again!

They did a great job in a short time...And not just only removing junk gathered in the house and in the yard and shed..They helped to move furniture around, moved my plants from inside the house to outside, even dismantled an old satellite dish on my shed..I highly recommend them for any job which involves tidying your house or yard. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on contents and condition. Can things be donated? Are there items that we need to pay per piece to get rid of? We have a few trailers that we charge a flat rate for and also on some jobs we charge labor depending on conditions and size of job. It's best to communicate with me and give me the most information possible to come up with a removal cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a conversation over the phone and get as much information about the situation and job. Many times we will determine that it's best for us to go to the location to quote on the spot. We then work with the potential client to offer suggestions about the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have cleaned out houses, full properties, garages, hotels and businesses. We have also removed trailers, campers, sheds, buildings and vehicles. We have pretty much done it all and on all scales.
