- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the most competitive pricing I can as a one man operation with little overhead costs, there are ways to cut corners and do cheaper work at the cost of future problems for you; my long warranty guarantees I have an incentive to do the highest quality work possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All systems, even newly installed ones, receive a complete audit and report on the condition of every component of your system. For this you get a complete head map serialized by zone so when I replace a head you can prove exactly which one has a fresh 5 year warranty. Accountability is valuable!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the industry, nobody knows irrigation systems and the materials like I do and I back that up with a 10 year warranty against leaks on all new installs.
