Never finished our bathroom addition project. It’s been 9 months he started the project, doesn’t reply to texts or call, no work has been done since past 4 months. Took extra money saying we have to take permits but I recently got to know the last inspection was never done and the addition is not considered legal. Gave him almost 95% of the payment but not even 60% of the work is done.
