- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free discovery call, take a detailed movement/injury history, and get a feeling for your movement goals! Next, we set up a time to meet I run a series of assessments including gait, sit to stand test, strength/mobility/balance assessments. *These assessments are tailored to the virtual experience and are just as effective, as in person assessments. Based on what we find we start with foundational strength and mobility drills during this session, and then I design a program utilizing various drills/exercises/tools to support you in moving with less pain, and more confidence. The process of working 1-1 can take anywhere from 3 months-2 years, during this time you have access to my group sessions as they become appropriate for your level. It is my hope that once we get you out of pain, and equipped with a solid movement foundation, that you can then join my more advanced classes and continue to develop your new movement skills!
