Ricardo is a find! I would not hesitate to hire him again for my family ‘s need as a Chef. He is entirely trustworthy and focused on his passion of cooking an exquisite or a simple meal for the family. I enjoyed interacting with him while he cooked sometimes and he was very generously, offered me some tips on cooking certain dishes. A talented individual, very respectful and accommodated my needs for different hours, days, or types of ingredients. I would hire him again should my situation change. My son has moved temporarily and I have no need for him at the moment, but have enjoyed the months we had him come. We are sad to lose him, and my friends envied that I had someone I could depend on to cook for me week after week. His cooking skills are excellent, and he cooks to your preference and instills creativity in his meal plans. I loved hearing about the dishes he made and was open to trying new meals. He is conscious of time, cleanliness, uses what you have in the kitchen and is flexible, no fuss with him. Cleans up after he is done. He is very accommodating, considerate and his passion is to make the best meal he can for you to enjoy. Accepts feedback and adjusts spice level if needed. Hire him as I have interviewed several chefs and good ones are very hard to find.
