yes - education is key to staying abreast of the latest, challenging technologies, through articles, networking, and buying to learn the new equipment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been providing expert solutions to users and management within corporate America both as an employee and consultant. The opportunity arose in 2001 to bring this business idea of "we make house calls" to the general public and small/medium sized businesses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Poor overall system operations on both PCs and MACs; then spyware / malware / viruses, networking / wireless setups and maintenance.
