Tim and his partner provided unbelievable, responsive, and prompt professional service for in ground swimming pool. Tim and his partner not only serviced the pool but also tested all of the components of our pool and discovered we needed we needed a T-Cell device. Tim immediately went to work and located one in less than 24 hours. In addition, he and his partner came in the evening after dark to place the new T -Cell. If I had to recommend one Pool Guy after on the many available in the surrounding Plymouth, MA area, I would recommend Tim and his partner because they are the best!! We look forward to them servicing our pool for years to come!! Shelle

I can’t recommend Tim enough to anyone who is looking to have their pool opened or serviced. He’s thorough, honest and shares a lot of valuable information about your pool that comes from his years of experience. A lot of info I haven’t even gathered from other pool pros. We haven’t had our pool opened in 3 years. He took the time to test our lines, get us a new pump, grids, replaced our PVC piping and fixed our liner, on top of adding chemicals and vacuuming. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore from anyone else. If you need help with your pool, I highly recommend Tim at Our Pool Guy. You won’t get a more hardworking, professional pool expert anywhere else!

Tim was responsive, prompt, and very detailed with his analysis and recommendations. I was asking for an inspection of a small pool and he gave a detailed evaluation in person, answering all questions and elaborating. It was quite an education, actually! Additionally, he wrote a thorough summary and emailed it to me on the same day. He’s a kind, communicative, knowledgeable professional. Price was better than that if the 2 other j queries I made. I strongly recommend him!

Tim just worked on winterizing and closing my above ground pool. He was very thorough, showed me the process and shared helpful tips/ info on pool maintenance, what to do to prevent damage and costly repairs, what to keep an eye on, etc. I'm extremely grateful for his services and for responding to my request & taking on this project when other vendors wouldn't. I will be contracting him again next season (and in the future). VERY highly recommended!
