Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss the project needs and goals. During this consultation, we also address any specific concerns the customer may have and answer any questions they may have. Following this initial step, we develop a customized plan for the project, including details about the materials to be used, the project timeline, and the costs involved. Based on this information, we provide the customer with a detailed estimate and a contract for review and signature. Once all details are agreed upon, we begin the work according to the agreed-upon timeline, maintaining open and transparent communication with the customer throughout the process. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for each customer, from the initial consultation to the completion of the project.

I have 12 years of experience working in the Roofing, Siding, Trim, and Deck field, and over that time, I have acquired a combination of formal education and practical training that has prepared me for the job.
