I have my house power washed every couple of years, and have used several different companies. Andrade's [Leo] services are the best by far. The siding of the house is much cleaner than it has been in the past and the face of the gutters are really clean for the first time. He went over and above what was expected. I highly recommend using Andrade's. Leo is great.

Great experience! The workers always started by 8am, they worked around other contractors for our renovation (working on the upstairs first, returning promptly when the kitchen was complete), and they took great care of our house. I’d definitely hire them again for future paint projects!

Leo did an exceptional job on my basement. He and his team managed the project expertly, and kept everything on schedule and within budget. The Andrade team was exceptional on our rather large project. Our newly constructed porch and all of our trim was replaced with PVC boards. Andrade's services filled 1000 screw/nail holes with Bondo, sanded all and painted everything per contract. They were professional, courteous and very responsive to requests. They completed the project in a tight schedule and left the work site clean after completion. I recommend them and will hire again in future projects.
