“For the first cleaning, I charge by the hour, and after that, I provide a fixed price.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send my quote, based on a price parameter, if it is approved, I ask that I go to that job the day before to introduce myself and to give a fixed budget, explain how the cleaning will be and try to know what the needs of the job, and what my client is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
