This individual who considers himself a professional proceeded to complain profusely that he would only allow a company bidding for his work to only make a profit AS HE SAW FIT. Meaning working for free while he would jack up the price to his customer. When he started flapping his mouth that he knew everything I knew it was over as he got arrogant. What better way to end a conversation going no where, hanging up only option. Hence how fast he wrote a poor review. Beware of contractors like him, I’m sure he’s burnt thru others to get what he wants. Not our type of customer. Over 190 5-Star reviews on Home Advisor.

Reaction to a review in which our company was not hired. There was no exchange of money or repair. Our first visit to this persons home which was approximately a 52 mile round trip to take a look at her generator. What was found was a generator that was installed without permits. Her gas plumber ran a gas line across her generator side access door , which prevented me from doing an evaluation. There were other code violations that she may not have been aware of but we see situations like hers in South Florida. I did in fact reschedule her several times as she pointed out. What a lot of consumers are not aware of is the back log of generators that failed to run during Hurricane Irma in September of 2017. We like most generator service companies were barraged with service calls and our company had a back of work for 3-4 months. I understand her feelings, however she could have called other repair companies and may have been told many stories that they too were and are still dealing with generators that are still down. Take this survey for whatever it's worth, but there are two sides to every story as they say. I wish her the best.
