I called A-1 Foundation Crack Repair because it appeared that we had a water problem in our finished basement and the only thing we could think of was that it must be from a crack in the foundation. When I called and spoke to Rich he told me what to do to help assess the problem. As it turned out, the source of the problem was from my kitchen drain pipe. Even though this wasn't a job for them, I am so thankful for Rich's kind and knowledgeable help so that we can now work on solving our actual water problem.

I am a Realtor and I had clients that had questions about remarks made by their home inspector about foundation cracks. I sent some pictures to Rich at 7:45 PM and he called me back within 30 mins and walked me through what we were looking at and the potential cost to make the repairs! Talk about customer service!!
