- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, we only ask for a form of Contado, we schedule a visit or do it through photos when it's something simple, then we send the proposal and move on, I like to provide discount to our customers because I'm also a customer I love it when I get a discount 🤪
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have no academic training, our training was on a daily basis, always committed and exchanging information and experiences with other people, we became good professionals! before starting the company, we always had bosses who taught us how to do the work for them, so we learned and perfected all the techniques!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my profession in a construction company, I had good people with long experience who always help me, my first experience at a large construction site we carried out painting and carpentry in 125 apartments in the city of Amherst Ma, I am very proud to mention this because it pushed me to turn a professional
