- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Cost is Flat Rate of $80 Hour. One Hour minimum with 30 minute increments after the first hour. During your appointment we can cover computer repair, OS reinstall, computer slowness, training and questions you have. No Extra Travel Cost or Fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you message on Thumbtack and text message. So we can get to know you and technical support you need help with. If you accept me as your technical support person, Then I will send you link to schedule the in home visit appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed a credited computer repair and networking course in Lincoln, RI I have earned and hold the following certifications CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Linux +, and Microsoft Certified professional. I have 9 years of Corporate-level help desk work experience with a Few Future 5 Companies. Along with Self Learning Computer Repair and Computer Building, as well as self-learning with computer applications.
