- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off for our smart Maintenance members, and no surprise pricing. Our Smart members get, 10% off on all service costs and parts, waived fees on the weekends or out of hour work, and Priority service to keep our loyalty to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer to Design a system using a specialized program and measure out the home to confirm the sizing of the system is proper to the home. We would go around with the client to confirm placements of Registers, indoor unit(s) and the outdoor unit(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the manufacturers to install and service the units we offer, which includes extending warranties up to 15 years on the units.
