I had a terrific time working with SmarTech Solutions, especially their Office Manager, Chloe Saldana. Chloe took the time to properly understand what my problem might be from the start, and instead of jumping to assumptions, she carefully limited it down to the most likely causes. What really stood out was how she put her customers first. She made sure to have a time slot free on their schedule for the next day, just in case my present HVAC vendor couldn't fix the problem. That degree of thoughtfulness and forethought is hard to find. Chloe didn't push me or try to fill the calendar; she just wanted to help me. She waited for me to confirm and made sure I had a good backup plan, which made me feel much better. These days, hardly many businesses show this level of care and professionalism. I really appreciate Chloe and SmarTech Solutions for being honest, quick to respond, and giving great customer service.

We contacted SmartTech in our initial search for what we thought would be a simple boiler cleaning. However, we thought we would do better by going with another cheaper company. That was a mistake. The boiler wouldn't really start up. The other company came out three separate times over the course of a month and still couldn't figure out the problem. We switched to SmartTech, and they quickly assessed that the issue was caused by the gas supply, fixed some things the other company had needlessly fiddled with, and provided detailed information for us to pass on to the gas company (who considered it an emergency, dug up the street, and had things working that night). The people at SmarTech are easy to work with; very prompt; straightforward and honest; and willing to work with you even if something is a little difficult (we had three separate contacts because one of us is out of town, and we also had a family emergency during the process, so scheduling was weird).

Had smartech solutions come out for an hvac service call and it was a good experience. Tech showed up on time and figured out the issue pretty quick. Heat was working again same day which was a relief.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off for our smart Maintenance members, and no surprise pricing. Our Smart members get, 10% off on all service costs and parts, waived fees on the weekends or out of hour work, and Priority service to keep our loyalty to our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer to Design a system using a specialized program and measure out the home to confirm the sizing of the system is proper to the home. We would go around with the client to confirm placements of Registers, indoor unit(s) and the outdoor unit(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the manufacturers to install and service the units we offer, which includes extending warranties up to 15 years on the units.
