Whether you spend your days at a desk or are constantly on the go, everyday life often leads to stiff hips, tight hamstrings, and lower back pain. I help you improve your mobility and flexibility through the science of stretching. I offer 1:1 sessions either in person or remotely as well as classes in the Metrowest MA area.
