Working with Odaliz for my home camera system was a great experience. He eas able to provide professional advice as to how we should set things up as well as suggest parts in addition to what I already had to make sure that we had a smooth set up process, as well as the equipment needed to make sure that the job was done and the equipment was protected. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home as well and I really appreciated the experience. I would 100% recommend them to my family and friends and certainly would use them again in the future for any other work needs I have. I purchased a Reolink camera system to have them install and not only do they help with the installation, but with the software set up as well Giving me some pointers of settings that I should consider changing. They made sure everything worked as well before they left. If you’re looking for great service look no further.

Odaliz and team were amazing, highly recommended. He was extremely punctual, communicative, and professional. They were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue I was having with my video and audio equipment, cleaned up all the wires, and got me back to listening to music. Can't recommend this team enough

Odaliz is an extremely kind and caring man. While he was not able to put wifi in our cottage (he determined that spectrum had to come first and deal with some stuff first,) he sat at the table with my extremely elderly parents (ages 93 and 86) and helped them determine who they had to speak to to get the wifi installation process started, and spoke to spectrum on their behalf. He was patient and respectful and did his best to ensure my parents understood what needed to be done. He even arranged the appointment for spectrum to come. Unfortunately either spectrum came in the date they were supposed to, or they didn’t, but that’s a different story. As for Odaliz I was so impressed with his generous nature. Upon leaving, he told us he was not charging us as there was nothing he could physically do yet. I found that really touching. Most amazingly, after giving us such a generous
