We needed our landline jacks made active. I called several companies and as soon as I mentioned phone/landline, they declined, said they don't work with phones any more. Odaliz said that they did handle them, and we set an appointment. He and his associate showed up on time, they were very polite, and certainly seemed to know what they were doing. They got our situation resolved, at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them to handle anything that is in their services. Great job.

Odaliz is an extremely kind and caring man. While he was not able to put wifi in our cottage (he determined that spectrum had to come first and deal with some stuff first,) he sat at the table with my extremely elderly parents (ages 93 and 86) and helped them determine who they had to speak to to get the wifi installation process started, and spoke to spectrum on their behalf. He was patient and respectful and did his best to ensure my parents understood what needed to be done. He even arranged the appointment for spectrum to come. Unfortunately either spectrum came in the date they were supposed to, or they didn’t, but that’s a different story. As for Odaliz I was so impressed with his generous nature. Upon leaving, he told us he was not charging us as there was nothing he could physically do yet. I found that really touching. Most amazingly, after giving us such a generous
