- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price myself very fair in the industry and give a discount to customers that book with me biweekly and or monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I typically like to have a in-depth phone conversation and or meet up with them to assess the property so I can get an understanding of exactly what they are looking for so everything is done to meet their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and also specialize in maintenance work previously at my full-time job as well as Cleaning where I’ve also taken classes on what chemicals and products to and not to use
