- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything will depend on the quantities of furniture that the client has, the more you have, the more time it will take to be able to finish his move, there are some things that would be charged additionally including piano pool table, things that are really heavy (more than 300 lb)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They want to know if the professional is the right one. It is the doubt in your head. Normal ... we let you know that with JACOB TRANSPORTATION there are no headaches. We do not vary in our budgets and we let you know that everything is insured in the contracted service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of 6 operators, including electricians, plumbers, and furniture assemblers. We work with different operators because in a transfer sometimes there is something extra that customers want to be done. such as putting a lamp, hooking a curtain, fixing a pipe, restoring a wall, painting. WE ARE PREPARED SO THAT THE CLIENT DOES NOT LOOK ANYMORE..
