- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are professional and carry very low overhead which results in a competitive price for a top tier service provider. Be very wary of ridiculously cheap - In survey that usually translates to ridiculously sloppy or un-professional and worst of all Land Disputes or Contractor Claims.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a simple conversation to understand the nuances as to what the scope is and why you are trying to accomplish it. Second step we would provide you with a cost quote and an approximate duration schedule. Third if you find that the quote and schedule fit into your budget and timeline, we would prepare and send you a proposal for the scope of services to be performed. Fourth - should you decide to execute the proposal, we would move forward with services, fee and schedule described in the proposal. Fifth - We would complete the project deliverables as well as Check in for feed back on how we did on your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two associates degrees - Survey Technology and Structural Technology. I have GPS specialized certification with Trimble technologies which certifies that I can process GPS data. Laser Scanning Field and Office procedures for Leica and Trimble (Faro) Scanners.
