Customers can reach out to Casa Craftsman for a free online quote by emailing, calling, texting, or visiting our website. For more accurate quotes, photos may be needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim for professional interaction from the first point of contact. We first identify customer's needs, collect information needed and provide a free estimate. Depending on the job, an in-person consultation and inspection will be needed which is at no charge depending on the location. Once the estimate is approved, a time is set up for the project. Throughout the process Casa Craftsman will maintain the customer updated.
