Improvement ~ The Pro said to me, he would try and locate the part. The Pro did not reply to me after funds were received. I consider Matt’s visit incomplete as he said himself, he would get back to me which he never did. What a waste of money 🥲

Dear Sheila, Matt personally responded to you 4 times, each time telling you that the part was no longer available for your machine, each time was followed up by another call from you demanding we get a part that is no longer in existence. I also reached out to you via Thumb Tack messaging explaining again that the part was no longer manufactured by the printer company, we even searched other dealers across the country for you. What more could we do? Just a note: all calls on our phone system are logged as are all text messages. I would be happy to send them to you to refresh your memory! As for funds received, you paid for diagnostics at your location, nothing else.

We have a small office with 4 printers and 2 copiers that are all connected to our network. Doctor Copy has been servicing them for over 6 years and have kept our machines running perfectly. When ever there was a problem, they would come out usually within 4 hours and most times were able to fix the problem right then and there, including problems we had with the network and scanning. I highly recommend Doctor Copy.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our base on site service rate is $135.00 per hour. We are offering a 20% discount to new customers. We also do in shop service on smaller machines brought into our location the price is $50.00, arrangements must be made before bringing in a machine.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically, we come out, asses the machine, give you a quote for repair costs and or parts needed. If we have to order parts and come back to install, we do NOT charge additional fees.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our technicians have many factory certifications from almost every copier/printer company in the USA. They also have hundreds of in house training hours.
