- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base on site service rate is $135.00 per hour. We are offering a 20% discount to new customers. We also do in shop service on smaller machines brought into our location the price is $50.00, arrangements must be made before bringing in a machine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we come out, asses the machine, give you a quote for repair costs and or parts needed. If we have to order parts and come back to install, we do NOT charge additional fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have many factory certifications from almost every copier/printer company in the USA. They also have hundreds of in house training hours.
