- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our menus are priced to be per person for a minimum of 30 people. If there was less than 30 an additional labor fee would apply. Tax, rentals, and labor are additional. Gratuity is left to the discretion of the customer. Every budget has a menu.. let us know your situation and we will do our best to work with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initiate contact and send out some of our menus we think suits the event. Then we try to get more details about the event. Things like budget, food ideas, time/date, location so we can put together a proposal with pricing for the client to review. We may also suggest a conference call or meeting to discuss further which can take place at the site or our office which is located at the Merrimack Valley Golf Club in Methuen, MA.
